How many of you lament the passing of Chef Anthony Bourdain? Any of you still watch No Reservations, 48 Hours and or Parts Unknown? If so, it’s interesting to watch his progression/regression throughout the years. Thought provoking at the very least. Candidly, I watched ALL of his work while taking particular comfort in the fact that there was at least one other maladjusted human being on the face of the planet attempting to make sense of it all. I am of course not alone in my “maladjustedness”… Heck, one simply needs to turn to our modern political landscape for affirmation.
I digress…
My goal with “Simmer on This…” is to share life as I see it through the lens of food. NO lecturing and NO negativity… Just whimsical stuff as circumstances arise with a dash of past storytelling.
